Introducing Hamedan province

Hamadan province, with an area of about 20 thousand 172 square kilometers, is considered one of the western provinces of the country. This province is bordered by Zanjan and Qazvin provinces in the north, Lorestan province in the south, Central province in the east, and Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces in the west. The capital of Hamedan province is the city of Hamedan and its important cities are: Asadabad, Bahar, Toisarkan, Rezen, Kabudarahang, Malair and Nahavand. This province is the cradle of prominent artists and craftsmen who have left behind valuable relics. Even today, this land is the place of activity of many artists with a taste for handicrafts, in such a way that they have succeeded in obtaining the first degree of art equal to an honorary doctorate for 10 cases of the quality of authenticity of goods from the international organization UNESCO and 73 cases of the national quality of handicrafts. This province is the cradle of earthenware and pottery of Iran. The world city of Laljin Pottery and the national city of Manbat Malair are in this province, and Tuiserkan is considered one of the main centers of Manbat in Iran. In general, Hamadan province is the cradle of art and thought and has presented many great people to the world of humanity throughout history.
