The CEO of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company stated: With self-confidence, resilience, self-sufficiency, and relying on the abilities of Iranian youth, we can build a strong Iran.
According to the public relations report of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company, on the morning of Thursday, February 9th, on the eighth day of the blessed days of the Islamic Revolution's Fajr Decade, Majid Kianpour, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company, attended a grand ceremony held at the laboratory to commemorate the 44th anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution. In this ceremony, he praised and honored the top performers in cultural, artistic, and sports competitions, as well as the dedicated servants who performed their prayers.
In this magnificent ceremony, Majid Kianpour, while congratulating the auspicious birthday of Imam Ali and the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution, addressed the intimate gathering of colleagues at the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory in Tehran province. He said, "
Comparing the company's past and present, we can find hope for a brighter future. There was a period when the laboratory was under foreign management, but now we have achieved self-sufficiency, eliminating the need for external reliance. Our colleagues within the company have grown in confidence, and through unwavering dedication, we have managed to extend the range of available tests from 120 to 650 types. This has enabled us to provide engineering services on a level equivalent to that of developed nations."
Kianpour added, "The Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company has achieved a fivefold growth in the diversity of services compared to pre-Revolution era."
He stated that currently, both directly and indirectly, over 5,000 individuals in the country are collaborating and interacting with the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company. He said, "The growth, development, and progress we witness in the company are indebted to the efforts of more than 2,400 colleagues across the country, and it is certain that the employees working in the laboratory company are among the leading figures in the administrative and technical system of the country."
Kianpour emphasized that each and every colleague in the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company should strive for the company's development and excellence. He pointed out, "We must endeavor to include growth, development, and entry into new markets in the company's future plans, as this will lead to more positive outcomes."
He continued, "Today, there is no significant civil project in the country where the role and impact of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company throughout the country are not evident. This is thanks to the efforts and endeavors of each and every colleague across the country, who are the ambassadors of quality control and improvement in the country's civil projects."
The Managing Director of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company added: It doesn't matter what title or position we hold; what matters is that in every post and position we serve, we have the best performance, act conscientiously and justly, and make the best possible use of all the abilities and capacities at our disposal because the best service is service to the people.
Kianpour mentioned that the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company serves as a reliable trustee and capable arm of the thirteenth government and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in enhancing the quality of civil projects. He said: By adhering to national and international standards and providing accurate and prompt reports on project studies and technical tests, we can increase the quality assurance in civil projects and, with a greater and more effective presence in the market for required services, promote entrepreneurship and create sustainable jobs. We can also take action to develop and open new laboratory units in the country.
The Managing Director of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory Company stated: Currently, the company holds about 25% of the country's geotechnical market, and we are striving to increase this figure to 30% soon and earn more income and credibility for the company.
Kianpour invited all colleagues across the country to participate in the magnificent and maximum presence in the upcoming rally on 22nd of Bahman (February 11th).
In this ceremony, which was held at the assembly hall of the Technical and Soil Mechanics Laboratory in Tehran province, martyrs, servants, and activists were honored for performing prayers, and outstanding individuals in cultural and sports competitions were also recognized.
