Governor of South Khorasan, Javad Zawanat, said in this ceremony: Considering the effective organizational role of public relations, the position of public relations should be improved in the executive bodies of the province.
Zawanat added: Executive bodies and offices of South Khorasan province have performed very well this year compared to the rest of the country, which is worthy of praise.
