شرکت کارشناسان و کارکنان واحد تولیدی بتن آماده پارس بتن شهرستان خوسف در مورخ ۲۶ فروردین ماه سال ۱۴۰۳ در محل سالن اجتماعات آزمایشگاه فنی ومکانیک خاک استان خراسان جنوبی برگزار گردید این دوره با تدریس کارشناس محترم مسئول مقاومت مصالح آزمایشگاه استان خراسان جنوبی آقای مهندس قاسم رستمی زاده همراه بود و شرکت کنندگان به صورت تئوری و عملی از نحوه تهیه ، نمونه برداری و عمل آوری بتن از کارگاه تولیدی تا محل مصرف و تحلیل گزارش نتایج آزمایشات آن آشنا شداست
