7) Investigating, calculating, and designing as well as consulting and supervising by "Consulting Engineers of the Lab" according to provisions notified by Vice President for Strategic Planning and Supervision.

8) Communicating with national and international scientific organizations for exchange of information and new methods.

9) Any action in the framework in which the company is authorized.
